Product pages list declared ingredients and quantities. Check the reference amount: per capsule, daily serving or 100 grams. Ingredient weight and the amount of a nutrient can differ.
For example, a serving of creatine monohydrate is 5 g of powder, containing 4.4 g of creatine.

Does the product fit?
Read directions, warnings and allergens before buying. Format and container size help selection but do not by themselves establish health effects.
The fish origin of marine collagen matters, for example. The MSM blend contains crustacean products.
